THE BRIEF //
To plan, design and execute a window display given the prescribed materials of handmade solid wood blocks, plants, conduit and newsprint. Parameters included a $600 budget, requiring the use of low-cost/no-cost materials that were easily sourced, and a process that could be easily replicated.
PLANNING //
Sketched plans and elevations, presented the concept, and a labor and material plan that stayed within budget. Sourced white tissue paper, discontinued product and old newspaper to use in the installation, all from within the store.
INSPIRATION //
Given the assigned materials, I felt that it was necessary to soften the overall aesthetic. I was inspired by hand-woven macramé wall art.

ACCOLADES //
"Best of Spring 2014" in company, presented to all 5 brands in the annual all-company meeting.
